HOW TO MAKE TOUR PAYMENT
The payment process for Bhutan tours is overseen by the Department of Tourism. To secure your tour, including the tour package cost and visa fee, full payment must be completed before your arrival in Bhutan. Your payment deposit will be directly transferred to our account at Bhutan National Bank.
Upon the completion of your tour and your departure from Bhutan, the funds are subsequently disbursed to our company. It’s important to note that the approval of your Bhutan visa is guaranteed upon the full advance payment of SDF (Sustainable Development Fee).

All wire transfers go through Bhutan National Bank- payments are received by this Bank- and not directly to us- The bank than disperse the funds to individual travel companies (we refer that as ultimate beneficiaries which is marked as a remark/and proof, as they receive payments from many travel companies in the same account- the remark is to identify the company for fund dispersal later)
